How to apply for an MSME loan online?|Instant online loan

Apart from Mudra loans, there are other loans for medium-small and micro-enterprises up to Rs 10 Crore. Udyam Mitra under SIDBI is a portal to register and apply for loans online for MSME.

Apply MSME loan online

The below steps will guide how to apply :

  1. visit the official website of udyammitra , there you will find three different options

a) New entrepreneur b) Existing entrepreneur c) Self-employed professional

from the three options select one category that you belong

2. Now fill in the required details Name, Email, and Mobile number and generate OTP

3. After this you are successfully registered in Uday Mitra, now fill in the personal details

E-mail, Gender, category, state, district, city/town, mobile number, and minority status

4. Now fill in the details of an existing business or new business

In present business select the type of business you are in

In MSME status select whether you fall under Medium, small or micro-enterprise according to the above chart

In business, experience enter the years you are in this business

In gross annual income enter the total income you made in a year, If you file income tax returns then enter accordingly

Answer yes/no in the menu “have you taken any loan”, if you are holding any kind of loan at the time of applying select yes either no

Answer yes/no in the menu “have you identified a project for your business” this means if you are a new entrepreneur and have a business idea or not.

After that select the area of your interest which fits your business idea.


5. You are now all set to get your desired loan, click on the green color dashboard of the Loan application center and select apply now

6. Now select the desired category of loan among the list of mudra loans and other MSME loans up to Rs 10 crore and click on apply now

7. Now start filling your desired loan application form, at the right side above you will also get a loan filter option to increase or decrease your loan

8. After filling in all the business details save your details and click on next for other information, this is the most important part of your form here you will be asked to enter estimated and projected sales and profit of your business. For which estimated and projected balance sheet is necessary, You can contact for paid services with minimum charges

9. Next you will be asked to enter your existing license details, enter all existing license details you are holding. And also will be asked about GST returns and Income tax returns( if you need any assistance for returns you can contact for paid services)

10. After this you will be asked to enter any preferred bank or NBFC from where you need a loan, this is optional

11. Documents attachment now this is also an important part of your loan application, carefully upload all required documents, here you have to upload personal identity documents and also business identity documents, only fields with red dots are mandatory

12. It is the last part, where you are asked to enter your credit score report or upload your generated score file. This increases your chances to get a loan if your credit score is more than 750. Again this is optional

13. At last tick all the boxes of self-declaration and click on save my details, after which you will get a reference number through which you can track your loan application through the Loan Application Centre dashboard and
